It depends on the type of mold. If it is black mold, you can usually clean it yourself with a bleach and water mix. White mold on the other hand, needs to be removed by a specialist, and can be very expensive. The other question would be how much of the house is covered with mold. Is it inside the ceilings/walls/floors?
100k Every thing must be stripped to the studs and removed by professionals. And no guarantee it will not returns
Keep looking. It’s not worth. There’s plenty of other houses out there in foreclosure without mold.
