Every time i feel sleepy and lazy, can anybody suggest me how to overcome and reamin cheerful?

    I suggest working out. Even if just for 15 minutes… it gets the blood flowing and endorphines pumping. I find that this helps energize me throughout the day and it always helps improve my mood.

    Are you receiving enough sleep? Do you go to bed early enough? I bet not. I think if you wind down in the evening-do not eat dinner late and get a really peaceful nights sleep you will not be sleepy and so you in turn will be cheerful. I mean if you are getting 8 or 9 hours of sleep a night ( each person has different need) and exercising and eating a nutritious diet you should feel ok. Unless you are sick or something. You have a very important job to do so I do hope you can solve this problem and be better . Best wishes

    Sleepy and lazy are words for depression without pain. You need to remove the false expectations that are offending. Your brain will erase a bad expectation and create a chemical for depression when it reaches the auto brain controlling the heart and breathing. The anti chemical is made by the brain also when you have pleasure like sex and makes the endorphins.
